And only for few kinds of meals, i.e. chili, is a leftover as good if not better than the original meal.

It seems to work for me...Around 9ish, I know I should be done eating, but yet there is always that tendency to feel a bit of a craving for something prior to bed.  When I start getting those feelings, I brush my teeth.  After all, you should brush your teeth twice daily anyway, if not after every meal.  So, you might as well get it in a bit early.

First, I think we can all agree that breakfast cereal has gotten INSANELY expensive.  And when I do shop for cereal, I also try my level best to find the highest fiber for the best taste, calories, fats, etc.

The soup can that is.  I've come to the realization that with about 30 minutes of effort and some willingness to be creative (and maybe some sufficient freezer space and containers) there is NO reason to buy canned soup again.  I'll dispense with the general ills of canned/process soups, i.e. high sodium, preservatives, BPA leaching from can linings, etc. and focus on the positives.

Syl...a long time blogger who still stops by suggested that I name my new tadpole trike...I've taken her up on that challenge.  I guess she was also the one that encourage the naming of my Garmin 705 since she had a name for her Garmin.  If I recall, my Garmin was dubbed "Big Brother" for its constant watch over my runs, rides, etc.

It is now moving day.  In about 1 hour, we will have our final inspection/checkout.  Still much to do to pack up the little bits and pieces before heading out.
